Italy Spring 2022 - Rome

I'm not a person to write about art and culture while I travel and others have done it better than I have. So instead I'll just leave some photos.

All I will say is that after 13 or so days in Italy we were spent and Rome felt to be too much for us. We spent a majority of our time in small towns and slower places that felt like home versus Rome felt like New York. Nothing against Rome, it was beautiful and to stand at places that have survived for so many years was awe-inspiring and the pure size of the buildings there were truly breathtaking. That said, I am still glad we did the trip the way we did and only spent a day in Rome.
